The most typical of Heart Attack Symptoms include:
A feeling of fullness or squeezing like pressure over the heart—this is felt in the form of slight pain or discomfort in and around the chest. This pain is also called Angina when it is extreme in nature. Angina is essentially the most serious and intense form of chest pain and is regarded as the most typical of Heart Attack Symptoms.
Radiating Pain from the Chest—often the pain that starts in the chest spreads to the upper arms, lower arms, shoulder, upper neck and lower back region. This is called radiating chest pain. In the most serious of heart attacks, the radiating pain can spread to the face. This is why many heart attack survivors recall tales of their attack wherein the pain affected their facial muscles, spreading along the upper and lower jaw, causing intense toothache or jaw pain and headache, inducing a facial paralysis-like symptom.
Shortness of Breath—this is also referred to as SOB and is the most typical of Heart Attack Symptoms. This can be understood as difficulty in breathing or heavy breathing. Medically, this symptom is called Dsypnea or labored breathing pattern and commonly, it is referred to as wheezing. The affected individual is likely to emit a typical, choking-like sound when suffering from SOB.
Nausea—the affected individual might feel like vomiting or even actually vomit. Other related Heart Attack Symptoms here include upper, abdomen discomfort that is felt in the form of acidity or painful contractions in the stomach.
Sweating—profuse sweating is among the most ignored of Heart Attack Symptoms. It is more visible among people who are suffering from anxiety and middle-aged women who are suffering from cardiac problems.
